Back Ordered Items In the event of an item being temporarily out of stock we will advise of the expected date of availability, we may however substitute the product for a similar product of the same specification and price. Returns & Refunds Cleanseat UK Limited is committed to offering the highest level of quality and service, If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us (Return postage is not refundable) in its original condition and unopened within 7 days of the date you received the item, Under the Distance Selling Regulations you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the items being delivered. To cancel your purchase please email or write to us giving the reason for return as contract cancellation. If anything your receive from us is faulty or damaged we will replace it free of charge or fully refund its cost together with postage upon confirmation of the damage/fault (Excluding toiletry items). To return an item please Contact Customer Services for an RMA number and follow the instructions on the reverse of your delivery note. Your refund/replacement will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. Delivery We aim to despatch in-stock orders within 2 to 3 working days of receipt. Orders to UK Mainland destinations are despatched as standard by Royal Mail Second Class Post (3 to 5 working days) and larger items by Courier (2 working days). Payment We accept payment by the most major credit/debit ards which will be processed by Cleanseat UK Limited at the time of ordering, we also accept BACS payments together with cheques and postal orders made payable to Cleanseat UK Limited in pounds sterling. Overseas delivery We can ship to most overseas destinations, please contact a sales advisor for details of postage & packaging fees for orders outside of UK Mainland.
